HOW DO I PAY?
Payment is via Paypal (there is a credit card option), and shipping will take place post payment. If you want to pay using a different method please contact me to arrange, all information given will, of course, always be in the strictest confidence.
HOW IS THE JEWELLERY SHIPPED?
As each item is handmade by me, please allow 2-3 weeks for fabrication and hallmarking. If you need your order urgently, please email me about your requirements and I will see if dispatch can be faster for you.
Each piece will be carefully giftwrapped in a pretty, ribboned box. Packaging is luxurious but recycled/environmentally friendly. You will receive an email once the item is shipped.
All items will be posted Royal Mail Special delivery or Secure International. For international postage, all payment for the receiving countries' customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WORK?
Returns of unworn jewellery only must be within 7 days, and I offer full refund (less your own postage). I want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase, so in the unlikely event that a repair is required due to a fabriciation fault and not due to reasonable wear/tear or unsuitable care (eg swimming, rough handling etc), I will repair your piece simply at the cost of the shipping during the first year of purchase. After 12 months, I am happy to discuss repairs with you and charge a materials-based fee dependant on the work required. Please be advised that, as in all jewellery, a few components, such as fine chain, are delicate and require gentle treatment.
For resizing of rings, costs will be based on the amount of work and/or new metal required and cannot be undertaken for free. Resizing of gem-set rings starts at £15 plus postage, resizing of plain bands starts at £10 plus postage.
